This photo was originally posted in August 2006. What a treat! Special thanks goes out to Forest Lake property owner, Barry Israel, for this aerial photo from the early '70's. Special points of interest are the existence of two rafts, the absence of trees on the hill leading down to the beach and the overall unchanged nature of the lake.

How long has it been?

I think my first recollection of life at forest lake that sticks out in my mind is a not so warm summer day at the end of the 70's when, playing at the park with my brother, we met two other fellas who had a cottage not so far away.
