We recommend that you choose a user name that is short (easy to enter) and memorable.

Once you have registered be sure to come back, select the "edit" tab and make changes to your personal settings, if desired. Some things you can change are:

Your password: Your initial password is somewhat cumbersome. Change it to something easier and shorter.

Language: You may change the language of the interface to French. Much (but not all) of the interface is translated.

Theme: You may select a different look and feel for the site. The two favorites are "Chameleon" (the default) and "Marvin", but feel free to experiment.

Notify: If you wish to be periodically informed about new content on the site, fill in the "my notify settings" tab

Allow users posting content to sent it to you by email. Note that your e-mail address is not made public and that privileged users such as site administrators are able to email you even if you choose not to enable this feature.
